Routines: coming soon

Preview the recurring jobs planned around your website. Routines cannot be enabled or run yet.

Routines are the recurring jobs planned around your website: reading traffic, drafting social posts, watching leads, researching prospects, and reporting on search. They are previews today and cannot be switched on or run while Workroom focuses on website creation and updates.

Meet the routines

  1. AI Chatbot — a chat widget on your live site that answers visitor questions from your site content and business profile, and captures their details as leads. Configure its name, greeting, and accent colour.
  2. SEO Intelligence — weekly plain-English insights from your pages, traffic and leads, with page-specific edits (titles, meta descriptions, headings, structured data) you apply in one click or several at once. Applied edits land in your preview, the next report shows what changed since, and connecting Search Console adds search data.
  3. Social Posts — generates a week of branded social images and captions from your site. Review the queue, edit captions, pick dates, approve or redo each post, and download the images.
  4. Lead Follow-ups — reviews every lead relationship daily, scores who needs attention and why, drafts the replies you see in the AI CRM, and emails you a weekly brief.
  5. Prospect Finder — a weekly researched list of nearby businesses that fit your ideal customer, scored and delivered as a who-to-contact-and-why brief. Reaching out is up to you.
  6. Daily Search Report — a daily email digest of your Google Search performance: clicks and impressions versus last week, quick-win keywords, and what to do next. Needs Google Search Console connected.
  7. Site Audit (connected external sites only) — a weekly technical audit of your website built from Search Console and Analytics data. Findings become ready-to-file GitHub issues for your developer — nothing is filed without your approval.

Availability

  1. Every routine card is labeled Coming soon and is intentionally non-interactive.
  2. The dashboard, direct API routes, scheduler, and MCP server all enforce the same availability boundary.
  3. Website creation, chat editing, MCP/API updates, publishing, analytics, and enquiries remain available.
