Reviews, knowledge and campaigns

Approve the exact version of anything before it publishes or sends, keep your business facts current, and plan campaigns from what your reports already found.

Nothing Workroom prepares goes out on its own. Website changes, social posts, blog posts, email replies, GitHub issues and business facts wait in Ready for review until you approve the exact version you see. If the content, where it goes, or your confirmed facts change after you approve, that approval no longer counts and the item comes back for another look.

Ready for review

  1. Open Ready for review from your site's menu, or click Find prepared work to pull in drafts your routines already made.
  2. Read the exact text, images or pages and where they will go.
  3. Click Approve this version, Load revised work if it changed, or Skip.
  4. Approved work runs within a couple of minutes, or at its scheduled time.

Knowledge

Knowledge holds your confirmed business facts: prices, hours, offers, service areas and anything else you want every page, post and answer to get right. Each change is kept as a new revision with its source, and a change dated in the future waits until that date. Suggested facts, whether imported from your business profile or proposed by an AI assistant, stay out of public answers until you confirm them.

Changing a fact

  1. Enter the new value and click Preview the change.
  2. The preview lists every page, shared component (such as a header or footer) and open draft that contains the current wording exactly, before and after.
  3. Click Apply this change. Workroom prepares the website update as its own item to review and rewrites matching drafts as new versions for your approval. Anything else still open comes back for a quick re-check.

Campaigns

A campaign plan sets a goal, audience, offer, landing page, dates, channels and a credit budget. Creating a plan is free. Prepare reserves its credits (one each for a landing-page change, a social post or a blog post; the enquiry template is included) and drafts the work for review. Credits are charged only for items actually prepared, and anything left in the reservation is released.

Launch checks

Launch checks test your live site: whether pages load with Workroom's capture script, whether your forms would be captured, whether your custom domain serves this site over a valid certificate, and, when you ask, a real render at phone width. The form check sends a probe that the capture endpoint rejects before storing anything, so no test contact is created. Verified means the check ran against your live site; Not verified means it could not run. Send yourself one real enquiry to confirm delivery to your inbox.

Email and bookings

Approved replies send from your connected Gmail account. Following a conversation's replies needs Gmail read access, which Workroom turns on once Google's verification is complete; until then Workroom sends and records what it sent, and you record replies and outcomes on the contact. Calendly bookings sync automatically only once that integration is verified; until then, mark bookings on the contact yourself.
